Gastronomy in Ghana: The Lounge

Sushi at The Lounge . I wrote about Chase last month, but only tried out The Lounge recently. I went for sushi with a friend, and we were treated to firm, fresh maki rolls, nigiri and a delightful salmon salad.
Interesting decor - loved the Borlabie artwork on the walls. The Lounge makes for a more formal, dining experience, with a menu that promises varied continental cuisine. A really upmarket restaurant with attentive staff and good, prompt service. A good lunch venue, but the decor and lighting is suggestive of more intimate dinners.
